Booking your appointment

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Thank you for your interest in our magical Santa Experience NJ®!

These sessions run by appointment only. After filling out the Booking Form below, you’ll be redirected to where you can pick your session time. You’re only booked for your session after successful payment of the Booking Fee. The full amount of the Booking Fee of $399 (plus tax) must be paid in order to reserve your spot (please read our Cancellation Policy below). Included in the Booking Fee is a $250 print credit to be used toward the purchase of any items related to this year’s Santa Experience NJ®, as all images and products are sold separately. Please note that in order to purchase your images and products after the Experience, a second in-studio ordering appointment is necessary*.

We have four different scenes available, which will run on the following dates:

"SANTA’S TOY ROOM" - OCTOBER 5 & 6 (SOLD OUT!)

"NUTCRACKER STREET" - OCTOBER 20 (SOLD OUT!)

"SANTA’S STUDY ROOM" - NOVEMBER 2 (SOLD OUT!)

"NORTH POLE STABLES" - NOVEMBER 9 & 10 (SOLD OUT!)

Please be sure to book the correct date with the scene you prefer. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made later on. Spots are limited and only available until sold out! We’ll have a real-bearded Santa Claus for ALL sessions!

Please note that the Booking Fee covers sessions for your immediate family only. This does not include extended family members, such as cousins, or family friends. If you'd like to capture extended family or friends together, we recommend booking separate sessions for each group. To accommodate this, we can schedule back-to-back sessions, allowing us to capture both families together during your time slot. Each group will still require a separate Booking Fee and session spot.

Cancellation Policy: $159 of the $399 Booking Fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at 908.619.5290 or via email to info@simoneschmetz.com as soon as possible prior to 48 hours to your session date. We will make our greatest effort at accommodating your rescheduling request. Please understand that, due to limited session availability, we cannot guarantee that a rescheduling will be possible and you may forfeit your $159 non-refundable Cancellation Fee. We make no guarantees as to when or if another date will be available that fits your schedule. The Cancellation Fee is not transferable to a different year. If you cancel less than 48 hours before or do not show up for your session on your booked session date, you will forfeit your entire Booking Fee.

*It is our company policy not to release proofs or galleries of unpurchased images via the internet, email or otherwise. By special request, you have the option to request a viewing and ordering appointment on the day of your Experience session if you can’t come back again on a different day.
